Mark Fleischauer

Mark Fleischauer is a Partner at FusionX Ventures based in Seattle, Washington, where he focuses on early-stage technology investments. Previously, he spent nearly two decades as Senior Vice President at JH Kelly, helping scale the company's commercial operations to thousands of employees and over $500 million in annual revenue before retiring from daily management in 2016. His executive and governance experience includes serving as Chairman of Imperium Renewables and holding board positions at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center. Fleischauer completed his higher education at Stanford University, the London School of Economics, and the University of Washington School of Law. Today, his current focus centers on guiding Internet of Things, hardware, and software startups through private placements, recapitalizations, mergers, and public exits within the energy, digital health, and real estate technology sectors.
