Marcel Malczewski

Marcel Malczewski is the Chief Executive Officer of TM3 Capital, an independent investment fund management firm based in Brazil. Under his leadership, the firm has expanded its capital allocation strategies to become one of the largest independent investment funds operating outside of the country's traditional Faria Lima financial district. Prior to his transition into institutional investment management, he founded and scaled Bematech, a prominent Brazilian commercial automation company that established his reputation as a technology entrepreneur. An electrical engineer who completed specialized management training at Harvard University, he currently leverages his operational experience to serve as a board advisor to the technology manufacturer Positivo. Furthermore, he maintains an active membership in the international business network LIDE Global. His professional background centers on building hardware automation enterprises and directing strategic venture investments across the Brazilian corporate landscape.
