Khaled Hussein is the Founder and Managing Director of Stipple, an early-stage venture studio based in San Francisco, California. Originally beginning his entrepreneurial career in Egypt before relocating to the United States, he is best known for developing community-driven financial tools and modernized lending experiences. Hussein previously founded Tilt, a consumer crowdfunding platform that secured venture capital backing from major institutional investors including Y Combinator and Andreessen Horowitz. After scaling the financial technology enterprise, he directed Tilt through its strategic acquisition by Airbnb in 2017. Additionally, he established RedDoor, a digital mortgage and property technology startup, and earned recognition on the Time Magazine 30 Under 30 list in 2013. His current professional focus centers on leveraging his domain expertise to build and launch new financial services and consumer technology startups through his venture studio.
