Jeff Arnold is the co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Pilot, a financial back-office platform based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Prior to this executive role, he co-founded the team chat application Zulip, which was acquired by Dropbox, and the Linux security company Ksplice, which was purchased by Oracle. Arnold built these three enterprise software companies alongside long-time co-founders Waseem Daher and Jessica McKellar after earning his bachelor's and master's degrees in computer science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
