Inna Thalmann

Inna Thalmann is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Neurolytic Healthcare Inc, operating as Mable, based in California. She established the genomics-based telehealth platform in 2019 alongside co-founder Roman Rothaermel to provide personalized migraine care and neurological treatments. Under her operational leadership, the health technology startup secured $3.2 million in seed funding in July 2022 from institutional investors including Initialized Capital and Arkitekt Ventures. Prior to her entrepreneurial ventures, she earned a doctorate in health economics, where she specialized in analyzing large healthcare datasets to evaluate and improve chronic disease management. She subsequently developed professional expertise as a consultant, advising corporate clients on market access, reimbursement frameworks, and regulatory approval strategies for medical devices. Thalmann currently focuses on integrating genetic and biomarker data into telemedicine to advance commercialization strategies for targeted healthcare solutions.
