Eric Koslow

Eric Koslow is the founder of a stealth startup focused on the video streaming and VTuber space, currently based in the San Francisco Bay Area. He is best known as the cofounder and former Chief Technology Officer of Lattice, a human resources software company he launched in 2015 alongside Jack Altman. Under his technical leadership, the Y Combinator-backed enterprise scaled its operations significantly, ultimately reaching a $3 billion valuation in 2022 before he transitioned away from his daily executive duties. Prior to building Lattice, Koslow worked as a software engineer at the custom apparel ecommerce platform Teespring and earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of California, Santa Cruz. His current entrepreneurial focus centers on the creator economy, specifically bridging emerging video technologies with international business opportunities in the Japanese market.
