Chris Szymansky

Chris Szymansky is an Engineering, Product, and Design leader based in the San Francisco Bay Area who specializes in building cross-functional technical organizations. He previously served as the Vice President of Engineering, Product, and Design at Atrium, a legal technology startup backed by Y Combinator and Andreessen Horowitz that raised over $75 million in venture funding. Working alongside founder Justin Kan, Szymansky directed the company's software development and product strategy from 2018 until the firm ceased operations in early 2020. Prior to this executive role, he was the Chief Technology Officer at JazzHR, a human resources technology provider. There, he oversaw the technical evolution of an applicant tracking system utilized by thousands of small and medium-sized businesses.
