Brian La

Brian La is the Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer of Nitrode, an early-stage AI-assisted game development platform based in Ithaca, New York. Founded in 2024, the four-person startup provides artificial intelligence software tools designed to streamline the technical creation and launching of video games. Alongside co-founders Ben Kim and Sejoon, La secured the company's acceptance into the Y Combinator Winter 2025 batch operating out of San Francisco. Prior to launching his current entrepreneurial venture, he worked as a Data Scientist at the major global video game publisher Nexon. He previously completed his technical education by earning a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Cornell University. La currently focuses on combining his academic background in software engineering with his practical data science expertise to build scalable developer tools for the modern gaming sector.
