Arjun Mahadevan

Arjun Mahadevan is the co-founder and CEO of doola, a business formation and compliance platform based in New York City. Before launching the company, he worked as a product manager and data analytics professional at Dropbox, and he earned dual degrees in computer science and statistics from the University of Pennsylvania. Under his leadership, doola graduated from Y Combinator's Summer 2020 batch and subsequently secured an $8 million Series A funding round led by Nexus Venture Partners in late 2022. The fintech and legaltech startup has facilitated the formation of over 10,000 companies, advancing its stated objective to help one million global entrepreneurs establish and operate United States-based corporate entities. Mahadevan currently focuses on expanding doola's full-stack corporate management services, encompassing incorporation, banking, and tax compliance solutions tailored specifically for non-resident and international startup founders.
