Ann Chan

Ann Chan is the Co-founder and Chief Product Officer of Berry, an artificial intelligence customer success platform based in San Francisco, California. Prior to launching her current enterprise, she worked as a Product Manager at Meta, where she participated in the company's rotational program and drove user growth initiatives. During her tenure at the technology corporation, Chan served as one of the initial product managers responsible for launching the Ray-Ban Stories smart augmented reality glasses. She previously co-founded a grocery e-commerce startup, began her career working as a user experience designer, and earned a bachelor's degree in Economics from University College London. After graduating from the Y Combinator Winter 2023 batch, her current focus centers on scaling post-sales operations for software companies by developing automation tools designed to increase customer interactions by 100x.
