Andy Choi is the CEO and Co-Founder of QuotaBook, an equity management platform based in Seoul, South Korea. Before launching the company in 2019, he worked as a software engineer in Silicon Valley and served as an Associate at Kakao Ventures. Choi holds an MBA in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University. Under his leadership, QuotaBook graduated from the Y Combinator Winter 2021 batch and subsequently raised an $11 million Series A round in 2022, bringing its total funding to approximately $20 million. The enterprise software startup grew to 45 employees by 2022 while expanding its cap table and stock option services across Southeast Asia and the Middle East. His current focus centers on scaling fintech infrastructure and business-to-business software solutions for private companies and venture capital investors throughout the Asian market.
