Adish Jain

Adish Jain is the CEO and Co-Founder of Mosaic, an AI-driven video editing platform based in San Francisco, California. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Statistics from the University of California, Berkeley in 2020. Prior to founding Mosaic in 2024, Jain worked as a software engineer at Amazon Web Services, where his contributions to the Aurora database system saved the company $27 million in capital expenditures. He also served as an engineer at Tesla, developing vehicle software and diagnostic tools while gaining early inspiration for his current startup by editing Cybertruck footage. Additionally, his early career includes engineering roles at the Y Combinator-backed platform Together Software and instructional positions at Juni Learning. Jain currently focuses on leveraging his background in large-scale production systems to build agentic AI tools that accelerate media workflows.
