Aaron Kahane

Aaron Kahane is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Chariot, a fintech startup based in New York, NY. Backed by Y Combinator in its Summer 2022 cohort, the company develops payment infrastructure that connects nonprofits directly to the $326 billion Donor Advised Fund market. Prior to launching Chariot in March 2022, Kahane worked as a consultant at Bain & Company, where he analyzed public equities in the technology and telecommunications sectors for a hedge fund managing over $100 billion in assets. He graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania and contributed academic research to Adam Grant's 2021 bestseller Think Again as well as an upcoming publication by Angela Duckworth. Kahane's current focus centers on scaling operational frameworks and building specialized payment networks to modernize philanthropic giving.
