The company’s genesis stems from cardiac surgeon Dr. Glenn W. Laub’s insight into the urgent need for accessible ventilators, inspired by patient distress from a lack of equipment. A Defibtech LLC co-founder, Dr. Laub brought entrepreneurial experience to this venture. He leads with President Karen Laub, a registered nurse, and co-founders Taylor Laub, David Laub, and Steve Jacobson.
