Kinisis

Kinisis Ventures is a New York-based venture capital and startup acceleration firm that funds and supports disruptive early-stage companies, primarily from Cyprus and Eastern Europe. The firm provides seed and pre-seed investments, typically ranging from €300,000 to €500,000 per startup, alongside hands-on acceleration services like mentorship, hiring assistance, marketing, and fundraising to facilitate global scaling, especially into the U.S. market. While industry-agnostic, Kinisis focuses on scalable technologies across sectors such as 3D/mixed reality, biomaterials, environmental diagnostics, haptic tech, hydrogen energy, and health tech. It manages regulated venture capital funds, including KV Fund I, launched around 2018, and the more recently introduced KV Fund II, absorbing an existing accelerator portfolio. Kinisis Ventures was co-founded around 2018 by Andreas Panayi, Yiannos Georgiades, and Carolos Georgallis.
