Based in Singapore, FR8Labs provides a cloud-based digital operating system designed to streamline complex operational workflows for small and mid-market commercial freight forwarders. The software-as-a-service platform centralizes core logistics processes, including quotations, bookings, physical shipments, job accounting, and invoicing, while integrating supplementary financial features like cargo insurance, foreign exchange trading, and supply chain financing. The company currently serves a growing client base of over 50 active enterprise customers across the Asian logistics sector, operating in regional markets such as Malaysia, Indonesia, Taiwan, and Australia. In November 2023, the enterprise secured $1.5 million in initial seed funding backed by a syndicate of prominent institutional venture capital investors including East Ventures, FEBE Ventures, Kaya Founders, and Seedstars. FR8Labs was officially founded in 2022 by chief executive officer Glenn Lai and chief technology and product officer Felix Lu.
