As part of its core investment strategy, Foreis participated in a €4 million first-round funding for Scintil Photonics, a developer of silicon photonic integrated circuits, in September 2019. The fund also contributed capital to a €2.7 million financing round for Wise-integration in 2022 to accelerate the commercialization of advanced gallium nitride integrated circuit power solutions.
