F6 Ventures

F6 Ventures is a seed-stage venture capital firm based in Cairo, Egypt, that invests in early-stage technology startups operating across the Middle East and Africa. The firm currently manages over $90 million in assets under management across six distinct funds and has invested in more than 300 portfolio companies since its inception. Operating through two annual cohorts, the organization provides pre-seed and seed funding to 20 to 25 new startups each year to address regional capital gaps in emerging markets. F6 Ventures targets emerging sectors such as financial technology, agricultural technology, and e-commerce, operating under the broader F6 Group led by Chairman Hany Al Sonbaty. Originally established as the accelerator program Flat6Labs in 2011, the firm was restructured and officially launched as F6 Ventures in 2025 by co-founders Dina el-Shenoufy and Ramez El-Serafy.
