Based in Canada, Ecomtent is an artificial intelligence software platform that enables ecommerce sellers to generate and optimize visual and written product listing content at scale across multiple marketplaces. The software as a service company provides automated tools to create lifestyle images, infographics, and product descriptions tailored for artificial intelligence search engines like Amazon's RUFUS. Operating with a team of 15 employees, the platform serves content agencies and enterprise retailers, currently conducting pilot programs with major retail corporations generating $11 billion and $14 billion in annual revenue. Ecomtent has secured $1.4 million in recent venture funding following an initial $850,000 pre-seed round, supported by a syndicate of institutional investors including MaRS Investment Accelerator Fund, Techstars, eBay Ventures, and Twinpath. The enterprise software company was founded in 2022 by former Amazon executive Max Sinclair and machine learning researcher Timur Luguev.
