The firm manages over ₩395 billion in assets under management and has deployed more than ₩272 billion in capital to back emerging enterprises. Operating with capital from institutional investors and sovereign wealth funds, the organization has successfully closed 19 funds, backed 10 distinct unicorn companies, and achieved over 29 initial public offerings and exits. The firm's investment strategy is executed by a leadership team that includes Chief Executive Officer Seungsuk Lee, Chief Investment Officer Jaeman Han, and Partner HyeongSeog Kim. The organization operates as a financial subsidiary of its publicly traded parent company, Dt&C. DT&I was established in 2014 by founder Charlie Park.
