The company's proprietary technology utilizes custom machine learning tools to achieve over 90 percent reading accuracy and up to 75 percent workflow automation without requiring human intervention. Operating on a subscription business model, the fintech enterprise expanded its product suite with a mobile application and scaled its customer base to encompass more than 3,000 active users by the end of 2023. The organization has secured approximately €4 million in total equity financing, highlighted by a €2.3 million seed investment led by Reflex Capital, alongside prior financial backing from venture firms Kaya, Datasentics, and N1. Digitoo was officially founded in September 2019 by chief executive officer Karin Fuentesová.
