After operating as a bootstrapped business for over a decade, the firm raised $3 million in seed funding in March 2026 from lead investors Ventures Platform and Atlantica Ventures. The organization currently maintains a workforce of more than 60 employees serving enterprise clients across three continents, and was recently recognized as a World Economic Forum Technology Pioneer. Originally established under the name Infoprive before executing a corporate rebranding in 2023, the company was founded in 2012 by Adetokunbo Omotosho and Ayomide Daniels.
