ContactMonkey is a Toronto, Ontario-based software company that provides an internal email communications and employee engagement platform for Microsoft Outlook and Google Gmail. Originally launched as a sales tracking tool, the company pivoted its focus in 2015 to offer enterprise software that features predictive analytics, segmented mailing lists, and granular engagement metrics.
